When you first order a coin, you will need to pay a die fee. However, our die fees are free for the next two years and we will store them in our die room.

You can cancel your order at any time before your order is produced and will be entitled to a refund. However, we will not cancel your order once your product has been shipped or delivered. If you receive a defective product, we will remake your order free of charge or give you a discount. But this is rare!
